Convenient amenities 🌟
Our double room was equipped with climate control and a multi-channel TV, both of which were in good working condition. The location was excellent, just a short distance from the Main Square.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and the wifi worked well. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city and the staff was exceptional in their service.
The only thing that could make the breakfast better is to offer a wider menu selection for guests.

Great location in the heart of the city. The room had a comfortable bed and clean bedding. The daily housekeeping service was efficient. The hotel provided complimentary breakfast and had a restaurant on-site. I would recommend this hotel.

loved staying here again in merida, exceeded expectations. the location is perfect, close to the cathedral and ado terminal. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the bed was super comfy with crisp sheets and fresh towels every day.

The hotel was very affordable and conveniently located near public sites. It was great being able to explore the Plaza Grande, visit museums, and try out local restaurants without having to travel far. Additionally, the staff at the reception were friendly and made my stay pleasant.
The overall appearance of the hotel was a bit outdated, particularly the facade. The water in the rooms was not always hot, but considering the hot climate in the city, it wasn't a major inconvenience.
